Foundational cheer skills: motions, jumps, voice, beginner stunts and basic tumbling progressions.
Classic baton twirling discipline. Finger twirls, rolls, contact moves, simple aerials, and posture work.
Dedicated tumbling track with strength, flexibility, and skill progressions from rolls to fulls.
Advanced cheer with stunting, pyramids, and competition-level choreography. Audition required.
Competition-track twirling: two-baton, fancy strut, dance twirl and solo routines. NBTA-aligned curriculum.
