By enrolling your athlete at CheerTwirlTrail, you agree to provide accurate registration information, including emergency contacts and relevant medical history.
Tuition is billed monthly on the 1st. A valid payment method must remain on file. A 5-day grace period is provided before late fees of $15 are applied.
You may cancel enrollment at any time with 30 days written notice. Tuition already paid for the current month is non-refundable but classes may be completed.
Each new athlete is entitled to one complimentary trial class. Trials must be scheduled in advance and are subject to coach availability.
Cheer, twirl, and tumbling involve physical activity with inherent risk. Parents/guardians agree to waive liability for typical training injuries when reasonable safety procedures are followed.
Photos and videos taken during classes, showcases, and competitions may be used for marketing purposes. Families may opt out in writing at any time.
Athletes, parents, and visitors agree to treat staff and peers with respect. CheerTwirlTrail reserves the right to dismiss participants who violate this code.
We may update these terms periodically. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
